Practice Head - GCC Services

Responsibilities:

Mandate: Build practices, drive GCC advisory & execution, and lead AI/Data-led growth.

  • Lead the GCC Advisory & Execution practice — feasibility, design, talent architecture, setup, and operational governance for global clients.
  • Build and scale the AI/Data Engineering Practice — data engineering, ML/MLOps, analytics, automation, and AI-driven transformation offerings.
  • Develop new service lines (EN) within existing clients and enable cross-sell of Digital Engineering, Data/AI, and GCC services.
  • Drive practice-led revenue growth, targeting EE/EN/NN (AI/Data + GCC) in collaboration with US GTM and India sales.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
